How do I wash Arthurs dress?

I know how to take bathroom and information technology will get rid of mud etc. But my clothes seem to retain sime dirt and damage even later that, especially on shoulders and the lid. Any advice please?

I tried this and am still muddied caput to toe. Swapped to same outfit and also tried swapped to other outfits and back.

I did that, he never submerges the shoulders or head so those remain dirty T__T
